Services
Diep Therapy provides registered massage therapy and personal training services by appointment. Booking an appointment constitutes acceptance of these terms.
SMS Messaging Program
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Diep Therapy.
Program description: Appointment reminders, confirmations, scheduling updates, and one-to-one customer-service replies.
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with us.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Appointments and Cancellations
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client in need of care. Cancellations less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows, will be subject to 100% of the cost of your treatment. Exceptions are provided for extenuating circumstances (i.e. family emergencies, illness, etc), but notice is required. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file and cannot be billed to your insurance or ICBC. Thank you for supporting in helping us provide quality care to all our patients.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided in the course of professional practice. To the extent permitted by law, Diep Therapy is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website or our messaging program.
