During my decade-long pursuit of optimal health and fitness, I have dedicated my entire life to understanding the human body. I am constantly challenging my movement repertoire through passions such as trail running, powerlifting, kickboxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and riding motorcycles.

Despite all of the physical rigors I enjoy today, I wasn’t always kinesthetically inclined. I was always chosen last in gym class, but exclusion crafted the hyper-passionate movement enthusiast I am today. I was eager to study every detail of movement to get better at moving. In university, I worked as a sports aide to collegiate football athletes, taught karate, and tutored university-level anatomy and physiology.
Lifelong learning is a fundamental aspect of my life, and I’m constantly immersing myself in the science of movement to become excellent in my field. I stay sharp by reading books, listening to podcasts, and attending workshops. During our sessions together, I encourage all types of questions you may have!
