Out of these habits, I had the most trouble with sleep. My sleep hygiene was absolute trash, and I didn't address it until a year ago.

I lived and breathed an I'll-sleep-when-I'm-dead mentality for many years and for many reasons.
.
Subsidized housing was a breeding ground for sus late-night activities, and as a kid, I didn't feel safe. Fast forward to my teens and early twenties, my cup was full. I had a list of goals to accomplish, university courses to study for, part-time jobs, and parties I didn't need to attend.
.
I slept for 2-4 hours every night for 5 years. I felt fine. At least I thought I did. A huge thanks to my friends for making me realize it wasn't. @c_kendall12 @reneekong @thoughtfulmeathead @zakblaaake @michellethoylam

In conclusion, no, sleep isn't for the weak. So get your sleep and function at your peak 🙂
